twin and family rooms, all with en-suite facilities.

in the Annex also comprise double and twin accommodation each
having their own separate entrances and full en-suite facilities.

T.V but also a DVD and Video player.
- There is a selection of DVD.s
and Videos for guests to borrow in the hall.

- Each room also has a table top
fridge so that guests can enjoy fresh milk and also keep their
own wine/drinks and food refrigerated.

- Tea and Coffee making facilities
are provided as are bottle opener/corkscrews and there is also
a hairdryer, radio and alarm clock in every room.
- An iron and ironing board is available
if requested.

- There are grab rails situated
in the shower and near the toilet and there is also a special
shower chair available if necessary.

- There is a ramp into the main
house for breakfast and the bottom area of the dining room is
on the same level as the hall so wheelchairs can be brought into
the dining room.

- A good home cooked Full English
Breakfast is served in the feature dining room which has a traditional
black range fire place and a conservatory balcony from which
you have magnificent views of the Peak District.

- Avondale's garden has been entered
in the Britian in Bloom competition.
- It won the award in 2003 and came
3rd in 2004 for the best commercial premises garden in Glossop.
