It is at the centre of the village near the pub and post office.
 
The cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. It's very well equipped, centrally heated and has been recently fully refurbished.
The views are splendid, the garden is sunny, wildlife abounds, and there are lovely walks from the door.

A welcoming sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating around a Derbyshire fireplace with log burner. There is a TV and video. Games books and videos supplied at the fireside.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils for your stay. There is a washing machine and tumble drier, hob and oven, microwave, ironing facilities and a fridge with ice box.

The warm bathroom has a bath with shower above.
There are three bedrooms, two are double and one has bunk beds. The main bedroom has a settee and small TV, ideal to relax in after a busy day.
