garden is sunny, wildlife abounds, and there are lovely walks
from the door.

plenty of comfortable seating around a Derbyshire fireplace with
log burner. There is a TV and video. Games books and videos supplied
at the fireside.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery,
glassware and utensils for your stay. There is a washing machine
and tumble drier, hob and oven, microwave, ironing facilities
and a fridge with ice box.
The warm bathroom has a bath with shower above.
There are three bedrooms, two are double and one has bunk beds.
The main bedroom has a settee and small TV, ideal to relax in
after a busy day.
