- Croft Edge is located in the
heart of the conservation area of Old Matlock. The town centre,
with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants, is nevertheless
only ten minutes walk through Hall Leys Park along the River
Derwent.
- The nearby Matlock Bath, which
is dominated by the huge limestone cliffs of High Tor, is a popular
destination for visitors.

five and has full gas-fired central heating. It has been fully
modernised and tastefully decorated to retain period charm whilst
providing a high degree of modern comforts.

lounge, with ample seating and a gas coal effect fire set in
a tiled surround. A single step leads to the well equipped and
fitted kitchen with all the essentials, including gas hob, cooker,
fridge and freezer.
