(which is 1 acre in size) when we moved to the property in 1991.
Guests are invited to wander around (implements are available
for the energetic).

and are in an ideal location from which to visit Chatsworth house,
Haddon Hall, the Potteries, Chesterfield & Sheffield.

a network of footpaths giving instant access to the delights
of the Peak District for both casual walkers and serious hikers.
